Rhys's blanket made especially for him by his Granny.
I thought I'd knit a pair of socks for Rhys. I purchased a copy of "Knitsimple" fall 2008 issue and saw this cute little pair with easy directions. It says that a pair can be worked up in an evening. Well I must be a slow knitter because it took me almost 24 hours to knit one sock, of course this included sleeping for a bit, doing laundry, cooking dinner, washing dishes, etc.
It doesn't matter how long it took me. Although I will start the second sock and hopefully have it completed in time to add to the box with the blanket which will be delivered to daughter "M" on Friday who will personally deliver it to the proud parents on Sunday.
